Documents Needed for the January Umrah Tour Package
The pilgrims need to provide a set of documents to successfully reserve their spot in our group for the January Umrah Tour Package. The documents needed are as follows;
- 1. The most important document required for Umrah package booking is a passport with at least 6 months of validity from the date of departure.
- 2. A PAN card copy is also mandatory. If you are travelling with family, then a PAN card copy of any one person travelling can be accepted for the whole family.
- 3. Finally, we will also need one passport-size photograph of you with a white background.
Booking Policy
To make the booking experience smooth and transparent, we have a booking policy in place. It contains the following important points to be noted;

Any New Rules announced for UMRAH POLICY, will be applied and paid by the customer before departure.
- 2.
Pilgrims need to pay 50% of the total package cost upfront to reserve their booking of the Umrah Package.

Money can be transferred using any mode comfortable for the client including, RTGS, IMPS, NEFT, UPI, Cash, or Mobile Banking.

The remaining 50% of the package cost needs to be cleared after the visa is issued.

All Umrah Bookings are Non-Refundable any Advance paid will not be returned if the booking is canceled.
Note : In case of sent to embassy visa, an extra cost of INR 2000 will need to be paid.

For infants (0-2 years) - A very nominal fee is charged
For children above two years:
- 1. The total cost of the package is charged if you opt for a separate bed for the kid.

Day 1 (Arrival in Mecca)
Your pilgrimage will start by travelling to King Abdul Aziz Airport in Jeddah. Once you land in Jeddah, a luxurious air-conditioned coach will take you to Mecca. Upon reaching Mecca, you can directly head to Masjid al-Haram to perform the rituals of Umrah. Following that, you can head to your hotel to rest.

Day 2 (Mecca)
The second day is free for you to use as you want. You can catch up on some sleep because the first day is usually very physically demanding. You can also head to Masjid al-Haram to pray and spend your day in the vicinity of divinity.

Day 3 (Ziyarat in Mecca)
Start your day with breakfast at the hotel, after that, you will embark on the Mecca ziyarat visiting many religious and historical sites. It will start early, around 7 AM, and continue till noon. The second half of the day is free for you to use as you wish.

Day 4 - (Mecca)
The next few days are free to be utilized as you deem fit. You can also explore the city of Mecca at your discretion and may even make a trip to Jeddah to explore the luxury and modernity of Saudi Arabia.

Explore the glorious city of Mecca. Keep visiting Masjid Al-Haram for prayers and spend some quality peaceful time there.

This can be used to offer namaz and spend more in Masjid Al-Haram. After all, opportunities like this come very rarely, maybe even just once in life some people.

A free day in Mecca can be spent in prayers and devotion at Masjid Al-Haram. You can also use it to explore the local attractions and understand the Arab culture.

Another free day in Mecca which can be utilised in praying and exploring the local culture of the beautiful city of Mecca.

Day 9 (Transfer from Mecca to Madinah)
Pack your bags and get ready for a comfortable journey as it is the transfer day. You will travel from the holy city of Mecca to the Prophet’s city of Madinah in a comfortable air-conditioned coach. Upon reaching there, you can head to the Prophet’s mosque, also known as Al-Masjid an-Nabawi.
