Documents Needed for the Ramzan Umrah Tour Package

The pilgrims must provide a set of documents to successfully reserve their spot in our group for the Ramadan Umrah Tour Package. The documents needed are as follows;

  • 1. The most important document required for Ramzan Umrah package booking is a passport with at least 6 months of validity from the date of departure.
  • 2. A PAN card copy is also needed. If you are travelling with family, then a PAN card copy of any one person travelling can be accepted for the whole family.
  • 3. Finally, we will also need one passport-size photograph of you with a white background.

Booking Policy

It is advisable to read the entire booking place for a transparent and hassle-free booking experience. Our Ramzan Umrah Package booking policy contains the following important points to be noted;

  • 1. Any new rules announced for the UMRAH POLICY will be applied and paid for by the customer before departure.
  • 2. Pilgrims need to pay 50% of the total package cost upfront to reserve their booking of the Ramazan Umrah Package.
  • 3. Money can be transferred using any mode comfortable for the client including, RTGS, IMPS, NEFT, UPI, Cash, or Mobile Banking.
  • 4. The remaining 50% of the package cost needs to be cleared after the visa is issued.
  • 5. All Ramazan Umrah Bookings are Non-Refundable; any Advance paid will not be returned if the booking is cancelled.

Note : In case of sent to embassy visa, an extra cost of INR 2000 will need to be paid.

Child Policy

For infants (0-2 years) - A very nominal fee is charged

For children above two years:

  • 1. The full cost of the package is charged if you opt for a separate bed for the kid.
  • 2. A considerable discount will be applicable if you do not need a separate bed.

  • Day 1 Jabal Al Nour

    Jabal Al Nour, also known as ”The Hill of Illumination” is a significant spiritual site in Islam due to the “Cave of Hira” being located on the top of this mountain. Although the hike to get to the top is a bit gruelling, it is still one of the most visited ziyarat locations. It is a significant religious site because according to Islamic scripture, this is where Prophet Muhammad received his first of many revelations. The Cave of Hira is where the Quran was first revealed to the Prophet.

  • Day 2 Masjid al-Haram

    Built around the holy Kaaba, Masjid Al-Haram is the largest mosque in the world visited by millions of pilgrims annually during the Hajj and Umrah pilgrimages. Originally built by Caliph Omar Ibn al-Khattab, the mosque has undergone certain modifications and expansions under various Muslim rulers. At present, the mosque is so large it covers the entirety of what was known as the city of Mecca during the time of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). It is the centre of every pilgrimage and a significant location for every pilgrim.

  • Day 3 Jannat al-Mu’alla

    Located in a valley east of Masjid Al-Haram, Jannat al-Mu’alla is one of the most significant cemeteries in Islam. It is a cemetery that is believed to be the final resting place of the Prophet Muhammad’s (PBUH) first beloved wife, his grandfather, numerous sahabahs, and some other family members. It is a pretty significant cemetery for Muslims globally and it was quite frequently visited by the Prophet (PBUH) during his time in Mecca.

  • Day 4 Cave of Thawr

    Also known as Ghar Thawr and Ghar e Soor, the Cave of Thawr is one of the most visited ziyarat sites in Mecca. According to Islamic literature, while migrating from Mecca to Madinah after being chased by Quraysh search parties, Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) along with his companion Abu Bakr al-Siddiq (RA) took shelter in the cave of Thawr. It holds a special place in the hearts of millions of Muslims around the world who make the journey to Saudi Arabia to find peace and solace in the presence of the divine.

  • Day 5 Al-Masjid an-Nabawi

    Built by the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) after he migrated from Mecca to Madinah, Masjid al-Nabawi, also known as the Prophet's Mosque is one of the largest and most visited mosques in the world. Originally it was a small mosque built with mud bricks and palm ferns but it has undergone certain expansions since its original construction Masjid Al Nabawi is one of the most sought-after sites for ziyarat as it is the ultimate resting place of the Prophet and his two most devoted companions, Abu Bakr al-Siddiq and Umar ibn al-Khattab.

  • Day 6 Mount Uhud

    Located on the outskirts of Madinah Mount Uhud is the site of the famous Battle of Uhud between the Muslims of Madinah and the Quraysh of Makkah in 625 CE. The battle took a great number of companions as martyrs, among whom was the dear uncle of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), Hamza ibn Abdul-Muttalib (RA), also known as the "Lion of Allah." All the martyrs of the battle are buried at the foot of Mount Uhud. The site is visited by Madinah ziyarat pilgrims who pay homage to their sacrifice by praying for them.

  • Day 7 Masjid-e-Quba

    Masjid Quba holds the distinction of being the first mosque built by Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) after he migrated to Madinah. It is located about three kilometres from the Prophet's Mosque. The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) visited this mosque frequently, and it holds a special place in the hearts of Muslims. The Prophet (PBUH) mentioned, "Whoever purifies himself in his house and then comes to Masjid Quba and prays in it, he will have a reward like that of Umrah." Pilgrims often visit this mosque during the Madinah Ziyarat, offering two Rakats of prayer, seeking the immense reward promised by the Prophet (PBUH).
